Mumbai University.
- Banking experience is mandatory.
- Adequate knowledge of computer applications.
- Must be fluent in Marathi, English & Hindi.

- Must be 1st Class / 7.0 CGPA pointer – BE in Civil preferably from Mumbai University.
- Minimum 2 years’ relevant field experience
- Banking experience will be preferred
- Adequate knowledge of computer applications
- Must be fluent in English, Marathi & Hindi.
- Ascertaining the value of the properties which the bank obtains as security.
- Provide comments on the acceptability of the valuation obtained from banks paneled valuer.
- Undertaking the inspection of the properties as and when required.
- Undertaking inspection of the projects, providing insights as to progress of the work and release of the funds as per completion of the work. Inspection of buildings/projects under construction for release of the limits.
- Property Management of the bank.
- Providing expert comments on acceptability of property offered as security as well as confirming the genuineness of the same.
- Estate management would be also part of profile.
- Candidate should be willing to travel as per business
requirements.

| असिस्टंट मॅनेजर- IT (Java & .Net Developer) / Assistant Manager – Information Technology (Java or .Net Developer) |
- Base qualification: B.Sc.(IT) / BCA / MCA/ BE / BTech –Computer Science / Electronics / IT with
development experience in Java / .NET.
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in Web/E-commerce/Bank’s surround application development.
- Experience of working in Banking Industry will be an added advantage.
- Hands on experience in Core Java/J2EE/.NET. Should have worked as a core developer.
- Java – Experience in developing and designing applications using java EE platforms. Also, must be able to use popular and widely used Java frameworks.
- .NET – Should be able to produce code using following .NET languages: C#, VB, .NET, etc.
- Should be able to modify, write scalable code and implement software applications and components. Also,
knowledge of related frameworks is must.
- Experience in writing functions, triggers, procedures in Oracle database will be added advantage.
- Experience in development and working on Oracle Flexcube CBS will be an added advantage.
- Experience of involvement in CBS implementing projects will be added advantage.
- Should have excellent communication skills.
- Ability to multi-task in a dynamic work environment.
